Hi, I’m Catherine, owner of Catherine Taylor Makeup Artistry. I am a Freelance Professional Makeup Artist; I have extensive knowledge and experience within the Makeup and Beauty world for over 7 years now. Currently Freelancing across Scotland, hoping to expand across the UK and destinations.

Catherine Taylor Makeup Artistry has successfully been running for nearly 2 years now and within that time I have built an extensive clientele, been voted for a SHABA Award for best Makeup Artist and was a finalist at the SHABA Awards 2023. Worked alongside some of the most talented MUA’s and Hair Stylists in the industry and continuing to do so.

From specialising in Bridal, Occasional, Fashion and Editorial makeup, I offer a range of different styles of makeup. My makeup style varies from soft, simple, and beautiful natural soft glam makeup to highly dramatic bold full glam. I really pride myself in tailoring and creating the perfect makeup to suit and complement each Bride/client I have. Making you feel the best version of yourself. One of the best parts about my job is witnessing the transformative power of the makeup and how it can empower woman with a newfound sense of confidence, while enhancing natural Beauty.

I Can also offer woman one to one makeup lessons, where I can teach you all about makeup, skincare, the right tools to use to achieve the best makeup application and all the way to colour matching.
