Our Final Friday’s are the perfect place to balance work and personal chats. Whether you want to come along and discuss business, or you need a personal chat with likeminded women - our Final Friday’s are the perfect balance.
Make sure to check out all our Final Friday’s and register for them. We are open to members and non-members. Non-members are more than welcome to 2 taster sessions. After this you can choose to join on a Pay-As-You-Go basis or join our membership.
This month we are focusing on Wellbeing and Physical Fitness so we meeting up at Zenith Fitness Gym for a tour and chat.
Zenith has a full holistic approach to health & well-being. They offer support in a variety of ways depending on each members needs. They are a fully coached functional fitness facility offering 1-1, 1-4, 1-10 & 1-20 ratios of client to instructor.
