Long sunny childhood summers spent in on the islands and in the forests of the Swedish archipelago

Skiing with a group of Germans and being proud of myself for saying “ich bin heis” thinking it meant I am hot, and then them explaining through wild laughter that Id just said that I was horny….

Biggest regret?
I don’t believe in regrets…

My 2 beautiful daughters, Eve(16) and Charlotte(14)

Trump. Who doesn’t?

Everyone and everything! I believe that gratitude is simply the most powerful practice that for the creation of happiness that exists

What advice would you give to your younger self?
Be easier on yourself…

What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever had to do?
Andalusia 6 day mountain bike stage race

Hardest thing you’ve had to give up?
I tried to give up sugar…that was hard…I succeeded for a while!

Could you save someone’s life if they were dying in the street?
Well I have done lots of first aid training but it’s never really been put to the test although I have helped on the scene of a few bike accidents!

What keeps you awake at night?
Worrying about getting everything done when I have taken on too much!

And your biggest critic?
Hmmmm….probably my daughter when it comes to my wardrobe choices!

Mobile phone ringtone?
Whatever isn’t too annoying….
