Small City and Clyde launch new property section

PBN corporate member, Small City, Big Personality, and Clyde Property, have recently joined forces to launch a new property section on the popular online magazine, bringing a new and exciting marketing channel to clients buying, selling and renting homes in the area.

The platform is one of the Perthshire area’s most engaging and well-used sites, with regular features including stop press stories, sports, interiors, events and recipes. Boasting an impressive 65,000+ page views each month, it is enjoyed by over 22,000 readers living in and visiting the area. It is anticipated that this new development will increase their reach further yet.

Nicola Martin, owner of Small City commented: “We have grown rapidly over the past three years with a strategy focused on delivering original, engaging content that is relevant to our readers.  Property is a natural progression for us and we are delighted to have partnered with Clyde in order to provide people with a quality experience.”

The new property section will feature homes throughout Perthshire, giving sellers with Clyde an additional marketing channel and readers of Small City another reason to browse a little longer. As well as showcasing the details of current homes on the market, there will also be articles, features and ideas for buying, selling, renting and renovating.

Gary Robertson, Clyde’s Area Director for Perthshire added: “We’re always looking at ways of improving our marketing package and extending the range of services we provide for our clients. Achieving the best possible result is our primary goal and this new collaboration with Small City, Big Personality presents another opportunity for us to do exactly that.”

Although we’re in the business of property, the Clyde Team are champions of the area as a whole and we believe this collaboration will allow us to further promote the amenities and attractions on offer.  There’s already a close synergy between our companies and I’m really excited to see where our new partnership with Nicki and her team takes us.”
