PBN Member Fiona is helping Santa this Christmas

Our PBN member Fiona started Pharos Parcel Ltd started in June 2008.

Fiona spotted the growing trend for people buying and selling online.

She offers small businesses, online sellers, ebay traders and individuals the opportunity to ship parcels at a discounted price using the world’s largest carriers within the UK and all over the world. Since then the company has had double digit growth year on year.

Noticing that the whole of the UK uses Pharos online but not many people in Scotland were aware that they can make up to 50% savings on postage, she opened Perth’s first drop in post shop in George Street.

The location is ideal as there is the opportunity to park in the drop off zone or park for an hour and enjoy the many lovely independent shops and restaurants that George Street has to offer.

Soon Pharos will be offering a mailbox service for customers to collect their parcels, enabling people to collect their parcels or office mail at a time to suit, and to post letters and packets and buy packing materials, stationery and cards.

The people of Perth are discovering there is a fast, friendly and cost effective alternative to queuing in the Post Office to send their letters packets and parcels.

The shop is proving a big draw popular for dog lovers as Masie a Bernese mountain dog the official office manager is to found most days sitting at the door accepting a pat from anyone who cares to stop by. She has developed a fan club of her own who pop in to bring her biscuits and treats.Pharos Polar Bear
